Will you ship to my country?
We generally ship to every country. However, sometimes customs will seize a shipment, because the item violates customs law. When ordering, please make sure that your country clears the product. We can't be held liable for items held by government agencies.
How long is the processing/shipping time?
Processing time is usually between 1 and 5 business days. Once the item is shipped, we will provide a tracking number. Delivery times can range anywhere from 9 to 30 business days, depending on the method of shipment.
